This site uses the standard plug-in payment application and is considered fully secure and GDPR compliant. My Case does not collect, retain or use any information outside of this site. Your email is visible only to the site administrator and may be permanently removed on your request. No third person can access the content of your order or your contact information.

If you have an order and sign up, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if you accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal information and is discarded after you close the browser.

My Case site uses the "Google-analitics" standard  program. As far as we know, all site visit information is anonymous, and Google guarantees this. All applications make sure their plug-ins are compatible with GDPR and keep users anonymous.

With whom we share your information

We do not share your information with anyone. The policy of the company is to maximize the privacy of users, and in that sense we take all the appropriate measures.

How long we keep your data

For users who register at our web site, we keep the personal informations they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any. Administrators can also view and edit this information.

Your contact information

My Case does not collect, process, or retain the data of its clients or potential clients. The only exception is contact information that is generated naturally during regular email communication and similar online services that you initiate. At any time, you can ask us to delete you from these archives. Exceptions are only bookkeeping and similar applications where your data is kept solely for administrative and legal reasons. Such records are only available to authorized persons (state).

How to protect your data

All computer infrastructure of the company is protected from unauthorized access with strong passwords, two-way authentication system, firewall and up-to-date antivirus software. In this regard, we are constantly working on increasing security and monitoring new technologies.

My Case makes the effort to keep the integrity of our business information system, including your personal information. All communications through our site are encrypted (https: //), and all other precautionary measures against unauthorized use have been made.

Of which third party we receive data

My Case does not use third-party data. We are against all spamming "marketing" tactics and similar practices, and we do not make them available. If we have a need for publicly disclosed business data (eg registration, National Bank and similar), we do not keep such data, classify it, we will not archive it or use it for any other purpose except those we needed (eg bill payment and the like).

Which automated decision-making and / or profiling we work with the user data

Technical data related to program analytics and other automated services are automatically deleted in the standard time (on servers etc). All the plug-ins and functionality we use in the application are also GDPR compatible, we regularly check and update them as needed. Some of these updates are automated. In our knowledge, all "backend" systems that support the operation of this site, and take account of process automation (including security) are safe and up to date. In the event of any technical problems, our service provider will provide us with efficient support in the shortest possible time.
